ANOMALY DETECTION

Anomaly detection is the process of identifying unexpected items or events in data sets, which differ from the norm. This process can help address problems such as strange bank account transactions, unusual fraud activity, and business risks. Can you build a system to detect anomalies in a dataset?

Deepfakes.png
DEEPFAKES

Deepfakes are fake videos or audio recordings that look and sound just like the real thing. While still in its infancy, prevalence of this technology is increasingly used for identity impersonation and fraud. Can you build a detection and tracing tool to identify deepfakes?

CYBER SECURITY & EXPLOITS

Cyber security hygiene can help stem the loss of data and business systems from hacking and exploits. Increasingly, poorly defended computer system vulnerabilities are taken advantage of by malware, ransomware and other exploits. CHALLENGE JUDGES & SPEAKERS

Digital security is not a one size fits all set up. There’s no one-stop shop or fixed formula that will solve everything. Cybercrime is continually evolving to disrupt security measures, so your business and methods of prevention should continually evolve as well. Prioritize security, hire the best people, and do not stop learning.
